Before looking for a new home, Jim likes to sit down with his buyers to truly understand what they need and want from their next home. Beyond that, he also wants to get to know the buyers themselves. The better he knows his clients, the better he can serve them as their agent. Jim also likes to create a roadmap of expectations, so his clients know what’s to come as they work toward buying a home. He finds that explaining the process from start to finish is immensely helpful because it starts critical conversations about lending, insurance, and other aspects of purchasing a new home. 

Sellers: When working with sellers, Jim also likes to begin the process with a conversation. He wants to get to know his clients so he can learn what they love about their home, as well as their pain points with the property. This information allows him to create a results-driven marketing plan to maximize sales price and minimize time on the market.
